1. Angles!
Think about how your pictures will look in an album as you take them! Turn the camera just at a slight angle. You are the artist! Don’t be afraid to take shots from down low and up high!

2. Faces!
Peoples expressions say a lot. Zoom in and take a snap of that silly grin! Look them in the eye and have get that ‘one-in-a-million’ shot. Let your subjects become the “models”.

3. Variety!
Try the same shot from different lengths. Then you can choose between which ones you want to print or send. When you have more to choose from, you will thank yourself later.

4. Involvement!
Just don’t stand there, do something. Get people moving and take that photo! Even if your friends don’t know you are taking their picture, wait until there’s some action. Then just point and shoot.

5. Emotion!
Make sure your picture really does say a thousand words by focusing on emotions of your subjects. Happy or sad, your pictures will look great when you think about how they feel.
