reserves the right to ship via an alternate method so that your
package arrives within the designated shipping time as specified
on your order, (e.g. ground shipping from a local warehouse for
an overnight order, since it will arrive at the promised time).
We will not be able to refund your account if your package arrives
as specified.

advertised "after rebate prices" are subject to quantity
restrictions or other limitations as per the manufacturer's regulations.

will charge a $10 refusal fee for any refused packages.
