PRODUCT RETURN

Comp-U-Plus offers an exchange and refund policy on most items. Return exceptions for specific products are indicated on the individual product pages.

  • If a refund is requested within the allotted time frame, we will refund your account for the current selling price, if lower.

  • Returns must include all hardware, cables, software and manuals that were included in the original shipment, in the original manufacturer's box. Any item returned without the original packaging will be refused.

  • We can not accept returns on extended warranties that have already been opened.

  • Physically damaged items can not be returned for credit or exchange (i.e. physically bent chips or CPUs that have burnt during operation).

  • Shipping and Handling is not refundable.

  • We can not accept returns on CPU's when they are attached to the motherboard. We will charge your account $30 if the CPU is attached to the motherboard.

  • There are absolutely no returns on software.

  • Sorry, we can not accept returns on refurbished items.

  • Comp-U-Plus does not take responsibility for the manufacturer warranty, if for any reason the manufacturer does not honor their warranty.

  • Comp-U-Plus is not responsible for GSM phone compatibility issues.

  • Comp-U-Plus is not responsible for any damage that our components may have caused.

  • Please be aware that the serial number on the item to be returned must match the original serial number of the product that was shipped to you. If you attempt to return an item that was not bought from Comp-U-Plus, the item will be shipped back at your expense. In addition, all fraudulent returns will be reported to the credit card issuer.
